The Couple Behind The Code
Daryl Pickett
“Mr. iCode”
CPC, CPMA, CPMO
Before becoming certified Daryl Pickett previously worked in sales, and other warehouse jobs. Basically, lived check to check, and rented a townhouse, for 10 yr. old vehicle, low to fair credit, no savings, looking for something fulfilling, had an empty void. Now he, besides running two companies, is on the board of directors for several hospitals, and he is an author and motivational speaker. Has several passive income streams with diversified portfolios.
“Medical Coding Queen”
Jasmine Pickett

Jasmine worked as a customer service rep, brakes pad manufacture, income was around $15.00 per hour, drove an hour one way to work every morning and another hour coming back. Had her bachelor’s degree but couldn’t find work in the field and if she did it was again low paying. Also worked for Walmart Distribution Center on a forklift in the freezer section. She worked for a company that made brake pads and would come home with brake soot on her every night. She know works with the Department of Defense performing coding operations at a salary of $135,000 annually. She travels all over the world in coding capacities teaching and implementing new software.
The dynamic and knowledgeable President Daryl Pickett and Medical Coding Queen, Vice President Jasmine Williams-Pickett, serve as the strong foundation for iCode Academy with a combined eight years of experience in healthcare solutions. The two have worked diligently to build a team of skilled coders with a variety of specialties and experience as they strive toward their ultimate goal of bridging the gap between professional coders and the healthcare organizations that need them.
Since the inception of iCodeHCS in 2013, we have aggressively worked to ensure that our clients, in a variety of specialties from inpatient to outpatient facilities and physician groups, have one focus: their patients.
We are fueled by the desire to not only assist our clients by rendering unmatched service, but also to create a family-oriented environment that promotes character building, creates career opportunities, and cultivates young, strong talent.
